SAF-T-FLO Industries is an industry leading manufacturer of quick disconnect couplers. We primarily serve the military industry, but our products can be utilized in any application with demanding coupling requirements. These products are put to the test daily in commercial and military aircraft systems, land based vehicles, and ship and hovercraft systems, so they must be held to the highest standards. For this reason our quick disconnect couplings all meet the specifications of AS25427 for 600 psi and 3000 psi applications. We manufacture a variety of quick disconnect couplings to meet any application. All couplers come standard with a push-pull design, making it a simple task to connect and disconnect even the largest couplers by hand. Our couplers come in standard sizes between -4 and -20 and are available with stainless steel, aluminum, or titanium construction. The most vital feature of these quick disconnects is the self-sealing valve which open when the couplers are connected and close when they are disconnected. The self-sealing feature is ideal for pressurized fluid and gas systems as they eliminate the problematic process of venting and bleeding systems. Along with these exceptional standard features, we also offer numerous optional features for special applications. In environments with large amounts of airborne foreign matter customers can use SAF-T-FLO dust caps for both male and female couplers. We also offer male quick disconnect pressure caps as a redundant seal for high pressure applications where valve failure and leaking are potential dangers. Quick disconnect couplings can also be modified to incorporate a special locking mechanism that assures preferential mating. For demanding coupling applications, there is no better solution than a SAF-T-FLO quick disconnect coupling assembly.
